I just called this repair shop to see how I could get an estimate to repair my car that was hit in an auto wreck. The representative answering the phone today had ZERO customer service skills. Due to her, they lost a potential customer who needs 6-7,000 dollars of mechanical and body shop repairs. They must not need new customers, as if they did, they would have someone with people skills answering incoming calls. Very condescending and just rude!
